DreamFIT’s Low impact strength class is an excellent option for people of all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. This 45 minute workout will include the 7 fundamental movement patterns utilizing body weight, light dumbbells, and something sturdy to support your weight (like a bench, step, or chair) without adding stress on joints. Each class will include a solid warmup with dynamic stretching/mobility, strength training exercises that progress as we go, and a cooldown with static stretching at the end. There will be no jumping and no heavy lifting and modifications for every move will be provided.
